First Look: Canyon Ranch Brings ‘World-Class Wellness’ to Fort Worth’s Cultural District

The newest Canyon Ranch destination spa is located at the Crescent Hotel complex in Fort Worth's Cultural District. Its high-tech features include a Vichy table, a Noraxon Treadmill and Motion Capture system, VALD ForceDecks, a K5 Portable Metabolic analyzer, and more.
The company was acquired by Fort Worth's Goff Capital in 2017, which moved its HQ to the Panther City—and plans further Texas expansion.

Canyon Ranch announced in July with VICI Properties Inc. an expansion of the Canyon Ranch brand, and the company said Rivers played a pivotal role in executing that partnership....

Groundbreaking: Fortune 500 Company Joins Texas A&M Fort Worth’s Landmark Campus Project

Dignitaries dug in today at the groundbreaking for Texas A&M Fort Worth. Construction will begin with the $150 million Law & Education Building, part of a three-building urban research campus. Texas A&M System Chancellor John Sharp says the campus will be "a magnet for economic growth for the North Texas region.”

Now the organization is kicking off its own "Dallas Cowboys Game Time" gaming platform and community, in a collaboration with Toronto-based GameSquare. Featuring "always-on gaming programming," the platform kicks off on May 20 with a Fortnite tournament—and the chance to win a trip for two to the 2023 Super Bowl in Las Vegas.

Toronto-based GameSquare announced a merger agreement last week with Engine Gaming & Media, a data-driven gaming, media, and influencer marketing platform company. The all-stock deal could give the combined company "an audience and reach as large as any gaming and esports company currently in the market," management said.
Jerry Jones and John Goff will continue to be the largest investors of the combined entity, with the Jones family and Goff Capital holding "significant" board representation.
