Developers Announce $3B ‘The Mix’ in Frisco Featuring Vibrant Central Park

There are new plans for the former Wade Park site in the North Platinum Corridor in Frisco. A 9-acre central park designed by the landscape firm behind Klyde Warren Park will be at the heart of the development that includes office, retail, residential, and two hotels. "We want every view to be a beautiful one," says Tim Campbell. Developers plan to break ground in December.
