This Privacy Policy describes how the Dallas Regional Chamber and Dallas Innovates (collectively “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and protect information in connection with our website, dallasinnovates.com, and the newsletters we offer (together, the “Services”).

We are a small editorial publication. We do not sell products, and we do not charge for our newsletter.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal information to us. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

These parties are granted access only as necessary to perform their functions on our behalf and are required to use information solely for the purpose of operating the Site and in accordance with our current practices. They may not use such information for their own independent marketing, outreach, or commercial purposes.

Such access does not constitute ownership of user data or editorial control.

If production or operational responsibility transitions to another entity, information we hold—including the newsletter subscriber list and analytics data—may be transferred or made accessible to that entity solely to allow continuity of the publication. Upon such transition, that entity will assume responsibility for data practices and will implement its own privacy policy governing the Site.

5. Privacy Choices

Our newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter we send. If you would prefer not to receive our newsletter, you can simply not sign up—the Site is freely available to read either way.

You may also opt out of third-party cookies we use by visiting the opt out pages of the providers who offer these cookies. We use Google Analytics to collect information about how you use our services.
