Deloitte Seeks Applications for Its 2019 Technology Fast 500 List

The application deadline is June 28 for the awards program that ranks the fastest-growing technology companies in North America.

It’s that time of year again, where Deloitte seeks out the fastest-growing technology companies in North America with its Technology Fast 500 list—and the application process is now open.

This is the 25th year for the list. The application deadline in June 28.

A Technology Fast 500 honor gives a company increased visibility, brand recognition, and growth opportunities, Deloitte said in a release. It showcased the passion, dedication, and innovation shown by the companies.

Deloitte said the Technology Fast 500 is one of the most objective rankings for technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and energy tech companies.

Technology Fast 500 notes dedication, entrepreneurship, innovation, and fast growth

The award was established to recognize the effort and dedication of the fastest-growing technology companies in North America, whether public or private. Deloitte said the honorees define the cutting edge; transform the way business is conducted; combine technological innovation, entrepreneurship, and rapid growth; and disrupt the technology industry.

Winners are chosen based on percentage fiscal-year revenue growth over a three-year period, and rankings are compiled from applications submitted directly to the Technology Fast 500 website and public company database research conducted by Deloitte LLP.

Here are the seven DFW companies recognized in 2018 and where they ranked:

Neos Therapeutics Inc., Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical, Grand Prairie: a pharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacturing and commercialization of ADHD medications. (43)

Fuse Medical Inc., Medical devices, Richardson: a company that offers products in biologics, foot and ankle, orthopedics, spine, and sports medicine. (56)

Alkami Technology Inc., Software, Plano: Alkami’s digital banking technology is designed to modernize how its clients do business and users do banking. (78)

Newline Interactive, Electronic devices/hardware, Plano: Newline creates products that seamlessly connect all devices and group members to help a business move forward with corporate and education solutions. (81)

Koddi, Software, Fort Worth: a travel technology company that allows travel partners to unify and amplify customer engagement for travel marketers to reach their customers. (135).

Blucora Inc.: Software, Irving: Blucora provides the software tools and knowledge needed to navigate the complicated tax landscape.  (233)

Broadleaf Commerce, Software, Plano: a customizable e-commerce platform provider for enterprise retailers, including O’Reilly Auto Parts and The Container Store. (434)
