Fort Worth’s TXO Energy Partners Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering

Newly renamed from Morningstar Partners LP, TXO Energy Partners has applied to list its common units on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “TXO.” The initial public offering price is expected to be between $19 and $21 per common unit.

The company has timed the color release and its home and kitchen accessories launch ahead of this year's Super Bowl. The company's "multisensory" marketing strategy also includes a new Sonic DNA audio identity.

Credit Bureau Connection—a Fresno, California-based provider of credit-focused lead generation, credit report and compliance solutions—has moved its headquarters to Frisco and rebranded as Informativ.
Serving automotive dealers, lenders, and other end markets, Informativ is backed by Capstreet, a Houston-based lower middle market private equity firm. Its former HQ in Fresno will now serve as its Innovation & Client Success Center.

In association with CBS Sports Digital—an equity investor and member of its board—Supreme Golf offers what it calls "the world's most extensive inventory of golf tee times," giving golfers the ability to search and book "over 16 million tee times at more than 12,000 golf courses in 41 countries."
To provide the service, Supreme Golf leverages its own marketplace as well as the proprietary marketplaces of Barstool Golf Time—a collaboration of Supreme Golf and Barstool Sports—and GolfBook and Golf Digest's Places to Play.

Frisco-based pharmacy services provider Soleo Health has been selected by Eisai Inc. as the sole specialty pharmacy distribution partner for Leqembi (lecanemab-irmb), a newly FDA-approved treatment for early and mild stages of Alzheimer’s Disease.
Soleo Health CEO Drew Walk says the partnership "will afford the Alzheimer’s community continued hope while we assist patients and their caregivers as they navigate their healthcare journey."

In its new DFW Industrial Insight report for Q4 2022, JLL says that Dallas-Fort Worth's record-setting year for industrial construction activity and deliveries kept pace in Q4.
The DFW industrial market finished the year with 61.6 million SF under construction, and a total of 45.8 million SF delivered.
