CEO David Holl has helmed the cosmetics company since 2006. He'll retire after nearly 30 years with Mary Kay and remain chairman of the board.

Irving’s Flowserve Partners with Chart Industries on Hydrogen as Alternate Fuel Source

The two companies will partner on liquid hydrogen fueling pumps for more than 100 systems planned to be put into operation in California, Australia, and South Korea over the next five years. The pumps will be used in Chart's liquid hydrogen fuel station equipment for fuel cell vehicles. Flowserve CEO R. Scott Rowe says the partnership will "support the development and commercialization of hydrogen as an energy source to build a better, brighter world for everyone."

EV Charging Tech Firm Wallbox Opens its First U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Arlington
The $70 million, 130,000-square-foot Arlington manufacturing facility will initially produce Wallbox's Pulsar Plus smart home EV charger. Next year, production will begin on the company's Hypernova EV chargers, which can add up to 100 miles of range in five minutes. “Today only 3% of the chargers required globally for the next decade have been installed," says Enric Asunción, CEO of Wallbox. Texas Rangers, Cordish Companies Break Ground on One Rangers Way Luxury Apartment Community

The 300-unit One Rangers Way will be "one of the most luxurious, resort-style apartment communities in the country" when it opens in 2024, the city of Arlington says. Just a short walk from Choctaw Stadium, Globe Life Field, and AT&T Stadium, it will provide the "missing piece" at the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District, said Rangers EVP Rob Matwick. "One of the things that was very important to our company, to the Rangers, to the city, was that we create a 365 community and a heartbeat for the city," Blake Cordish, principal at The Cordish Companies, said at the groundbreaking. “To do that, you need great residential."
