“There will be nothing like this building in the country.”

One Rangers Way—an architecturally striking luxury residential project being built in the Arlington Entertainment District—isn’t slated for completion until December 2024. But pre-leasing has been underway for three weeks now, triggering “incredible interest and momentum,” according to The Cordish Companies, the building’s developer.
“One Rangers Way will bring an upscale residential component to an area that is already widely known as one of the fastest-growing sports and entertainment destinations in the country,” Rob Matwick, EVP of business operations for the Texas Rangers, added in a statement. “Its proximity to three iconic professional sports stadiums—including our home at Globe Life Field—and the forthcoming National Medal of Honor Museum will create a living experience like no other.”
Designed by Baltimore-based Hord Coplan Macht, One Rangers Way will be “one of the most luxurious, resort-style apartment communities in the country,” the city of Arlington said when Dallas Innovates first told you about it last October.
A lot of that “entertainment district” feel shows up in new renderings for One Rangers Way, including an entertainment bar (below) with dramatic stadium views enabling you to, say, glance out at AT&T Stadium while you watch a Dallas Cowboys game being played on TVs across the bar, or catch the Rangers on the TV while they’re playing live right around the corner.
In all, there will be 43,000 square feet of interior and exterior amenity space, including an outdoor pool with swim-up bar, a sprawling outdoor amenity deck with green spaces, a big demonstration/entertainment kitchen, coworking spaces, game lounge, zen garden, “paw spa,” business center and conference room, indoor-outdoor entertainment spaces, and more.
A mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and penthouse apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows will be available at One Rangers Way, featuring high-end materials and appliances and expansive ceiling heights.
Studios are on lease starting at $1,457 a month, with one-bedrooms going for $1,780 to $2,769. Two-bedrooms are offered from $2,695 to $3,732. But if you’d prefer a penthouse—and who wouldn’t?—leases are still available for as high as $5,142. (Some of the penthouses have already been snapped up.)
Cordish Cos.’ Marnie Sauls said “the excitement from interested renters since we broke ground on One Rangers Way a few months ago has been incredible and we’re thrilled to be launching our leasing center and new website ahead of schedule to accommodate that demand.”
Sauls says the wide range of apartment sizes were “intentionally developed” to “ensure we are appealing to all types of residents from young professionals and sports fans to families.”
“This space marries a luxury living experience with the excitement and energy of the Entertainment District, giving our residents the unique opportunity to be able to walk to Rangers and Cowboys games,” she added. “It will become a best-in-class community for the region and unlike any other residential community in the country.”
Residents will also have direct access to the Richard Greene & Dr. Robert Cluck Linear Parks, which offer “wide-open areas for strolling, fascinating art sculptures, and close to 3 miles of paved paths throughout the Entertainment District for walking, running, and biking,” Cordish Companies said.
