If you're a Pudge Rodriguez fan, you'll be able to rent a floor plan called The Pudge, named after one of the greatest catchers in Major League history. It's just one of 300 "world-class" luxury apartments in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District, developed by the Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies.
Last night, the Rangers presented free replica Corey Seager World Series rings to the first 15,000 fans at the team's game against the Cleveland Guardians at Globe Life Field.

All of North Texas has been going bonkers since the Texas Rangers won the 2023 World Series last night, defeating the Arizona Diamondbacks 5-0 and snagging the series with four wins against only one loss. Way back in January, GM Chris Young told the Dallas Regional Chamber that this was the team's goal.
While fans pound down Boomstick Burgers at Globe Life Field this weekend, people in both DFW and Phoenix are struggling with food insecurity. So organizations representing both the Rangers' and Diamondbacks' home cities are giving fans a chance to donate to local food banks while supporting their teams.
One Rangers Way—an architecturally striking luxury residential project being built in the Arlington Entertainment District—isn't slated for completion until December 2024. But pre-leasing has been underway for three weeks now, triggering "incredible interest and momentum," according to The Cordish Companies, the building's developer.
Zoom in and tag yourself! That's the idea behind the 360-degree gigapixel interactive Fancam photos. A fully interactive and one-of-a-kind crowd photo at Globe Life Field lets fans tag themselves and their friends as a memorable way to capture their gameday experience. It's happened four times this season—and will again Saturday versus the Dodgers.
The Cordish Companies and Texas Rangers have announced the opening of Spark Arlington, a two-level, 30,000-square-foot collaborative workspace located inside Choctaw Stadium, the Rangers' former ballpark. Over 20 companies have already become members, including Lone Star Drones, the XFL, WFAA, ANKR Agency, BGD Digital Marketing, Scudder Storycraft, and the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation.
The 300-unit One Rangers Way will be "one of the most luxurious, resort-style apartment communities in the country" when it opens in 2024, the city of Arlington says. Just a short walk from Choctaw Stadium, Globe Life Field, and AT&T Stadium, it will provide the "missing piece" at the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District, said Rangers EVP Rob Matwick.
"One of the things that was very important to our company, to the Rangers, to the city, was that we create a 365 community and a heartbeat for the city," Blake Cordish, principal at The Cordish Companies, said at the groundbreaking. “To do that, you need great residential."

Hicks will join other local business legends like Mark Cuban and Ross Perot, Jr. in the Texas Business Hall of Fame, which has been inducting new members since 1983.

Entrepreneurs who park their laptops in Spark Arlington this winter will get more than the usual coworking amenities. They'll also get two-level views of Choctaw Stadium's playing field, as well as views of the Texas Rangers' new home right next door.
The 30,000-square-foot coworking facility is part of nearly $1 billion in new development in the Arlington Entertainment District.
Phase two of Arlington's Entertainment District is expected to include a convention center, a coworking and incubator space, a hotel, and a corporate headquarters.
