Fort Worth-founded PMG, a global independent marketing solutions and tech company, leased three upper floors of The Link at Uptown for its new HQ. Its roughly 300 Dallas-based employees are being greeted by a coffee bar, an Innovation Lab, interactive art installations, a communal dining & lounge area with projection screens and stadium seating, and more.

Since 2020, Creation and LGE Design Build have charted aggressive growth in Texas. The two Arizona companies currently have more than $280 million in shared commercial real estate projects under construction totaling 1,854,718 square feet in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, and another $503 million is in the pipeline across the state—with more to come.

"As a national publicly traded homebuilder with communities from California to Florida, this is a strategic move in the best interests of our shareholders," said CEO and director John Ho.
