Many who are diagnosed with a mental health condition had no idea the symptoms they suffered were related to mental health. McKinney-based Connected Mind aims to change that with technology that screens people for the most common types of mental health conditions.
“It's like being interviewed by a psychologist, but it's a computer,” says CEO and CTO Christian Lehinger.

In addition to the surprise reveal of a new $1 million prize, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas also announced the nine fellows picked for its 2021 accelerator and a social impact investment in on-demand nail service Cherry (created by the founders of rewardStyle and Bumble).
