The stator chamber defines an inner bore having an inner bore wall that, when the stator chamber is attached to the tubing, is continuous with an inner wall of the tubing. The rotor is positioned within the inner bore of the stator chamber. The rotor includes an impeller. The rotor is configured to be retrievable from the well while the stator remains in the well. The stator is configured to drive the rotor to rotate the impeller and induce well fluid flow in response to receiving power through the electrical connection.

Computer architecture for emulating a node in conjunction with stimulus conditions in a correlithm object processing system
Patent No. 10990424

Inventor(s): Patrick N. Lawrence (Plano, TX)
Assignee(s): Bank of America Corporation (Charlotte, NC)
Law Firm: No Counsel
Application No., Date, Speed: 16405606 on 05/07/2019 (721 days app to issue)

Abstract: A device configured to emulate a node in a correlithm object processing system includes a memory and a node. The memory stores a node table that links source correlithm objects to target correlithm objects. The node receives an input correlithm object and determines n-dimensional distances between it and the source correlithm objects, and determines that it is not within an n-dimensional distance threshold from any of the source correlithm objects. The node receives a stimulus condition correlithm object in conjunction with receiving the input correlithm object and adds the input correlithm object to the node table as a new source correlithm object in response to determining that it is not within the n-dimensional distance threshold and further in response to receiving the stimulus condition correlithm object. The node then links a new target correlithm object to the new source correlithm object in the node table.

Inventor(s): Michael James Brehm (Allen, TX)
Assignee(s): ROVI GUIDES, INC. (San Jose, CA)
Law Firm: Haley Guiliano LLP (2 non-local offices)
Application No., Date, Speed: 16216275 on 12/11/2018 (868 days app to issue)

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for matching a corrupted database record with a record of a validated database. The system receives a corrupted record from a first database. The corrupted record is vectorized to create an input data vector. A denoised data vector is generated by applying a denoising autoencoder to the input data vector, where the denoising autoencoder is specific to the first database. The system compares the denoised data vector with each of a plurality of validated data vectors generated based on records of the validated database to determine that a first denoised data vector matches a matching vector. In response, the system trains the denoising autoencoder using a data pair that includes the input data vector and the matching vector. The system also outputs the validated record that was used to generate the first matching vector.

Law Firm: Fogarty LLP (3 non-local offices)
Application No., Date, Speed: 15962641 on 04/25/2018 (1098 days app to issue)

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for recording and validating modifications to a secured container. Modifications to the secured container by trusted parties are logged. The log may be maintained in a secured memory of an IHS (Information Handling System) and may be periodically validated. Each logged modification specifies a timestamp of the modification and the digital watermark assigned to the trusted party making the modification. Upon completing modifications, the secured container is sealed by imprinting the first digital watermark and the first timestamp at locations in the secured container specified by a watermarking algorithm assigned to the trusted party making the modification. Additional modifications may be serially watermarked on the secured container according the watermarking algorithm of the trusted party making each modification. The secured container is unsealed by re-applying each of the watermarking algorithms in reverse order. The integrity of the secured container, and each modification, is thus validated.

WDR imaging with LED flicker mitigation
Patent No. 10992876

Inventor(s): Mayank Mangla (Allen, TX), Peter Labaziewicz (Allen, TX), Shashank Dabral (Allen, TX)
Assignee(s): TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INCORPORATED (Dallas, TX)
Law Firm: No Counsel
Application No., Date, Speed: 15296152 on 10/18/2016 (1652 days app to issue)

Abstract: A method of WDR imaging. Exposure times (ETs) are set for first and second frames for an image sensor to avoid second frame saturating by setting a second ET1/a PWM frequency applied to an LED illuminating a scene to generate second longer ET pixel data (PD). The first frame has first PD and a first ETthe second ET. A high and low intensity threshold are calculated from a full well capacity. Raw image signals are obtained originating from the image sensor of the scene. Flicker is detected by comparing the first and second frame intensity values to the high and low threshold to determine whether the first PD is flickering data. A WDR merge is performed by selecting weightings from the first and second PD for each pixel including increasing weighting of the second PD for flicker. A final image is formed from the weighted WDR merge.

Patent No. 10992948

Inventor(s): Minhua Zhou (San Diego, CA)
Assignee(s): TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INCORPORATED (Dallas, TX)
Law Firm: No Counsel
Application No., Date, Speed: 16898820 on 06/11/2020 (320 days app to issue)

Abstract: Motion compensation requires a significant amount of memory bandwidth, especially for smaller prediction unit sizes. The worst case bandwidth requirements can occur when bi-predicted 48 or 84 PUs are used. To reduce the memory bandwidth requirements for such smaller PUs, methods are provided for restricting inter-coded PUs of small block sizes to be coded only in a uni-predictive mode, i.e., forward prediction or backward prediction. More specifically, PUs of specified restricted sizes in bi-predicted slices (B slices) are forced to be uni-predicted.
