Reflecting the rise of AI, two Dallas-based consulting firms that specialize in AI business products and services recently combined. CoPoint AI acquired the client engagements of Strategy for AI. The companies did not disclose the financial terms.

In tandem with the deal, Strategy for AI founder and CEO Brad Bush will join CoPoint AI as vice president effective Sept. 21. There, he will oversee growth, executive relationships and commercial strategy.

Bush will work with John Humphrey, CoPoint AI’s CEO, and Dipesh Patel, CoPoint AI’s president and chief operating officer. Together, they will integrate Strategy for AI clients into the combined company.

“Brad brings a deep understanding of current AI technology and how it can solve difficult enterprise business problems,” Humphrey said in a statement. “He has sat in the CIO, COO and CEO seats, and he uses that experience to help clients get a real return on their AI investment.”

Scaling AI for businesses

A veteran tech executive, Bush founded Strategy for AI in 2025 to help companies grow without adding employees. In a LinkedIn post announcing the deal, Bush said he built AI tools to achieve that goal.

“The limit was scale,” Bush said in the LinkedIn post. “One person can only build so much.”

Enter CoPoint AI, which delivers AI products and services built by engineers equipped with AI agents.

“Combining our two firms puts an engineering team behind every recommendation I make,” Bush said on LinkedIn.

The engineering team develops services for AI adoption, workflow automation and custom applications for organizations with hundreds to thousands of employees.

AI expertise

Before launching Strategy for AI, Bush was CEO of Sensori Robotics. The Dallas-based startup sells AI-enabled electric robots for home and business landscaping.

Earlier, he was chief commercial officer at Plano-based hospitality tech firm Enseo. Before that, he was chief operating officer at Dallas-based tech product engineering firm Dialexa. IBM acquired Dialexa in 2022.

At CoPoint AI, Bush looks forward to helping even more businesses embrace AI.

“AI is the easy part. Human adoption is the hard part,” Bush said in a statement.

Building CoPoint AI

Humphrey and Patel founded CoPoint AI in 2024. The company provides AI workshops for executives and AI-enabled enterprise products.

The company’s LinkedIn page offers a few examples of its work. This includes an AI workshop for executives at a $3 billion real estate and construction firm and a supply-chain dashboard for a $1 billion manufacturer.

Earlier this year, CoPoint AI acquired boutique AI firm Premier Pixel. Its founder, Hrithik Bansal, joined CoPoint AI’s engineering team. Bansal is a former engineer at fitness equipment company Peloton.
