Apex Fintech Solutions Taps Nasdaq Exec as New Chief Financial Officer

Dallas-based Apex Fintech Solutions has appointed Chantal Wessels as chief financial officer, succeeding Chris Springer, who will transition to strategic finance adviser, after a successful four-year tenure leading the company.

Apex said it is the fintech for fintechs, powering innovation and the future of digital wealth management.

“As we enter into a new era of growth for Apex, I’m excited to announce Chantal as part of the Apex leadership team, as she brings both relevant sector expertise and highly complementary hands-on experience to the role,” CEO Bill Capuzzi said in a statement....
