Dallas-based Century Golf Partners and Japan-based HKI America have teamed up to buy the storied Four Seasons Golf & Sports Club of Las Colinas. Century Golf Partners, one of the world's leading golf and club ownership and management teams, was founded in 2005 for the purpose of acquiring and managing private clubs, public courses, and golf resorts and is the partnership’s managing partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Greener Mail: USPS To Electrify Delivery with Over 66K EVs by 2028
Mail may soon come to addresses across North Texas with an electric whisper—instead of a roar and a cloud of diesel exhaust. Last week, Irving-based Caterpillar announced a collaboration with Luck Stone—the nation’s largest family-owned and operated producer of crushed stone, sand, and gravel—to roll out Caterpillar’s autonomous trucking solution at Luck Stone’s plant in Chantilly, Virginia. This will be Caterpillar’s first self-driving truck deployment in the aggregates industry, accelerating its solutions beyond mining, the company said. It expands Caterpillar's autonomous truck fleet to include the exceptionally burly Cat 777 seen above.
