Firehawk Defense Hits Unicorn Status With $150M+ Series D

The deal valued Addison-based Firehawk at more than $1.4 billion. The oversubscribed round, led by Advent and Rochefort Asset Management, will fund ramped-up production as the company works to become the country’s largest artillery motor producer by the end of 2027.
