Fort Worth- and San Francisco-based TPG acquired Hospitality Solutions for $1.1 billion through TPG Capital, its large-scale U.S. and European private equity platform. The company said former Trintech CEO Teresa Mackintosh has been named CEO of Hospitality Solutions.
