The office will be led by Executive Managing Director and Partner Greg Katz, who comes to Stream from Newmark and has lived and worked in South Florida since 2000. He is tasked with overseeing the brand's growth across the state.
The new office is Stream's 15th location across the U.S., the company said. In 2021, Stream opened three offices—in Nashville, Northern Virginia, and Phoenix—to complement its locations in some of the strongest commercial real estate markets in the nation, including Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and Southern California.

Via the StadiumDrop App, fans order food and beverages straight from their seats. Runners then deliver food directly to them, ensuring they never miss a moment of the event they're attending. Venues and events using the app include AT&T Stadium, Concacaf, Oklahoma State University, Goodyear Cotton Bowl, the Dallas Cowboys, the University of Oklahoma, Nissan Stadium, and Wrestlemania.
