Invited Sells its Stadium Clubs Division to Denver Venue Management Company

The acquisition by Denver-based Oak View Group comes just months after Dallas-based Invited sold its Big Shots Golf business for around $29 million. Invited's University Stadium Clubs include venues at Baylor's McLane Stadium, Texas Tech's Jones AT&T Stadium, the University of Arizona's Arizona Stadium, and others.

Founded in 1957 and formerly known as ClubCorp, the company rebranded as Invited last April for a new high-tech era of "democratized" golf. Now it will also partner with the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation with fundraisers at its clubs across the U.S.
