Sabre Corp., the Southlake-based provider of software and technology for the travel industry, has acquired Techsembly, a U.K.-based hospitality e-commerce provider.

No financial details of the transaction were released.

“Sabre’s agreement with Techsembly reaffirms our position as a leading global hotel commerce and distribution platform in the hospitality industry,” Sabre Hospitality President Scott Wilson said in a statement....
