Stream Realty Partners Adds Industry Vet as Executive Vice President

Industry veteran Peery Wood says he aims to leverage Stream Realty Partners' entrepreneurial agility and robust resources to keep clients ahed of challenges and in front of opportunites, backed by the firm's "best-in-class locker room."

Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners announced that Peery Wood, a Dallas commercial real estate veteran with more than 30 years of experience, has joined the company as an executive vice president to strengthen its office tenant representation team.

Wood will be responsible for expanding Stream’s tenant representation business across Dallas-Fort Worth.

“Stream’s nimble, entrepreneurial platform and tremendous resources make it an ideal destination for me to help keep my clients ahead of the challenges and in front of the opportunities during this economic downturn,” Wood said in a statement. “As I look to provide high-impact solutions, it’s nice to have the firm’s best-in-class locker room — including Randy Cooper, Dan Harris, Craig Wilson, and Greg Biggs — on my side.”

Wood’s experience includes advising and executing lease renewals, office expansions, and relocation scenarios for national and global tenants.

Before Stream, Wood spent more than 10 years at CBRE in Dallas, where he last served as a senior vice president.

His time at CBRE saw milestones including being named a Top 20 producer and helping Galderma find its new U.S. headquarters at Trammell Crow Center in downtown Dallas.

Stream said that Wood has worked for several national and global commercial real estate firms throughout his career, including Studley Inc. and Cushman & Wakefield.

During his 10-year tenure at Lincoln Property Co., he is credited with creating and building the firm’s Dallas tenant rep group by recruiting and mentoring young talent “that is still in the business today,” he said.

Clients he has worked with include Lockton, Addus HomeCare, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Tolleson Wealth Management.

“Peery joining Stream is a huge shot in the arm for Stream as a whole and our team in particular,” Harris said in a statement. “We couldn’t be more excited to have him as we continue to grow and build the most elite tenant rep team in Dallas-Fort Worth.”

Stream said the tenant rep team in the Dallas office has grown to 16 professionals over the last year.
