Veteran hotelier Hans Ritten has been appointed general manager for the upcoming HALL Park Hotel, and Ashley Herrera has been named senior property manager for The Monarch at HALL Park residential tower at the HALL Park development in Frisco, Dallas-based HALL Group announced.
The hotel and residential tower are under construction, part of the first phase of HALL Park’s new $7 billion masterplan the company said is transforming the development from a singular office focus into a dynamic, live-work-play community....

So is staying healthy: The new HQ is the third building in DFW to receive Fitwel certification for healthy workplaces, the company says.

C&W Top High Tech Cities Report: DFW Is No. 7 in U.S.

In Q1 2022, the Dallas-Fort Worth metro employed 272,390 high-tech workers—an 8% year-over-year increase and a 23% increase compared to Q1 2017. That places DFW at No. 7 in the U.S.
The report also lists the top DFW tech companies, current economic impact and future outlook, and top submarkets for DFW tech companies.
