Connexions Loyalty Expanding its Presence in Plano

Connexions Loyalty is planting deeper roots in Plano moving into a permanent office space and hiring additional technology professionals. 

For more than 35 years, the Richmond, VA-based company has been helping businesses with loyalty programs that can translate to customer, employee, and partner retention. Its clients include top brands such as Delta, Discover, BB&T, and USAA.

In Plano, Connexions has been operating in a temporary space, but it will soon move into a new office at 5160 Tennyson Parkway in Legacy Business Park. By the end of the year, it’s also planning to hire 70 more technology professionals ranging from DevOps engineers to business system analysts.

Ashok Pinto, chief technology officer in Connexions’ Plano office, said the company is eyeing growth in “Plano and beyond.”

“Technology in the loyalty industry is evolving at an unprecedented rate,” Pinto said in a statement. “As we continue to enhance our technology platform, we see a lot of opportunity for positive career growth as well as the chance to work with technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, chatbots, and blockchain.”
