Founders Buy Dallas’ Four Corners Brewing Back from Industry Giant

The deal comes after Constellation Brands—which bought Four Corners in 2018—made a strategic decision to concentrate on the beers that helped give it a market cap of nearly $43 billion: Modelo, Corona, and Pacifico. Four Corners Brewing will now get back to its "entrepreneurial roots," says one of its three co-founders.
