Nobuyuki Ishii has been appointed CEO of Grapevine-based Kubota North America and senior managing executive officer of Kubota Corp. (KBT), and Todd Stucke has been named president of Kubota Tractor Corp. and executive officer of KBT, effective Jan. 1.
