Bottle Rocket, the Dallas multidisciplinary mobile studio, announced personnel moves that it says will bring greater focus and firepower to its business.
CEO Calvin Carter said the company has hired Andrew Sevin as senior vice president of business development, promoted Mark McKinney to senior vice president of marketing and corporate strategy, and hired Jana Boone as director of marketing.

Sevin previously was vice president of client services at Universal Mind, the West End-based technology and strategy consulting shop.
According to the release, McKinney will use his experience in product development and strategy.
Boone previously worked as director of business development and market at the Dallas office of Publicis North America.
