BGSF Appoints Chief Digital Officer to Leadership Team

BGSF Inc., a Plano-based national provider of consulting, managed services, and workforce solutions, announced that Melissa Phillips has been appointed to the new strategic role of chief digital officer on the company’s executive leadership team.

“We plan to leverage Melissa’s expertise to build on our technology platform by championing digital transformations via the launch of innovative, mobile-first solutions,” Beth A. Garvey, chair, president and CEO, said in a statement. “We believe this will position our company for the next level of digital advancement and automation. With the addition of her on the team, we will be able to create scalable touchpoints within the user journey for both candidates and customers within our new technology stack.”

Phillips is a seasoned executive in marketing, sales, and digital delivery with extensive expertise leading digital transformations at both Adecco and EmployBridge, the company said in a statement. Her experience in client lead capture and generation, candidate acquisition, and engagement will redefine the client and applicant journeys at BGSF by adding personalization, lead generation, user funnel flow, and improved end-user experiences and efficiencies, the company said.

BGSF provides consulting, managed services, and workforce solutions to various industries through its various divisions in IT, cyber, finance & accounting, and real estate (apartment communities and commercial buildings).
