The annals of human achievement just got lengthier—by exactly 12 inches.
Answering an urgent need that North Texans didn’t even know they had, Plano-based Frito-Lay and Subway sandwich shops will debut a footlong BAKED Lay’s potato chip on National Potato Chip Day, which is crunching its way toward you on Tuesday, March 14.
The phenomenon will be offered March 14 only starting at 11 a.m. at only one exclusive location: 6700 Stonebrook Parkway, Suite 100 in Frisco.
To try out the protracted crisp, customers must get to that store while supplies last and order a Subway Series footlong meal—whereupon the prolonged chip will be proffered for free. You can nibble around its semi-endless girth on the side, but hey, a footlong sandwich will be right there, so put on your thinking cap. Maybe you can eat the footlong chip right inside the footlong sandwich.
Imagine the possibilities.
