The vote enables New York-based JVP Management to begin construction on the long-delayed, massive mixed-use project on the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road. The site has been known as "the hole by the tollway" after a previous development known as Wade Park was derailed, leaving behind a massive hole where a parking garage had been planned.
