The annals of human achievement just got lengthier—by exactly 12 inches. Answering an urgent need that North Texans didn't even know they had, Plano-based Frito-Lay and Subway sandwich shops will debut a footlong BAKED Lay's potato chip on National Potato Chip Day, which is crunching its way toward you on Tuesday, March 14. But it's only happening at one Subway restaurant in Frisco. Here are all the crunchy details.
