A unique modern meeting venue is hosting a monthly series to introduce Dallas to the “doers” of the community.
HOWDO, an event space in the Trinity Industrial District created by the greenlight advertising agency, is hosting a new pop-up event series called The Doers.
Each month, a different Dallas doer will be featured, including artists, chefs, athletes, entrepreneurs and more.
DOER EVENT WILL FEATURE LIVE MURAL PAINTING
This month, The Doers for the event are the members of the Wheron artist team, Will Heron, Jorge Alcala, and Sarah Duke. Wheron is known for their cartoonish murals and bubbly designs that can be seen on walls around Dallas and on merchandise sold in local boutiques.
The team will be using the HOWDO space for a live mural painting and pop-up shop.
Local brews and bites will be served as the Wheron mural comes to life and the local creative community comes together.
The first event will be from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday at HOWDO. The series is free and open to all Dallas creatives. To learn more and register, visit their website.
