Southlake-based robotics integrator RobotLAB has added to its lineup of industry experts for Wednesday’s “AI, Robotics & the Future of Work” summit.
Drawing on 15 years of delivering robotics solutions to businesses, RobotLAB wants to help businesses explore the transformative potential of AI and robotics in the workforce. The summit on July 12 aims to provide valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities presented by these technologies.
Founded in 2007, RobotLAB offers turnkey robotics solutions across various industries, including foodservice, hospitality, banking, education, assisted living, cleaning, delivery, and hospitals. The company says that its expertise has enabled organizations of all sizes to leverage robotics and enhance their operations.
RobotLAB recently made waves as one of the presenting companies at the recent Dallas County Drone & Robotics Demo Day. The group of 10 handpicked pioneers in their fields demonstrated how drones and robots are here to serve us, simplify our lives, and ensure our safety.

The “AI, Robotics & the Future of Work” summit, according to Elad Inbar, the founder and CEO of RobotLAB, is a platform for sharing insights on the broad impact of the technologies across multiple industries. Thought leaders from various fields will lead panel discussions alongside industry experts, including machine learning, marketing, economics, and the public sector.
The summit offers two attendance options: in-person at RobotLAB’s headquarters in Southlake or virtually via Zoom. In-person seating is limited, the company said.

Making robotics ‘more accessible and relatable’
RobotLAB CEO Inbar says the summit can shed light on how robotics and AI will enhance workplaces.
With its cross-disciplinary approach and expert panels, the summit can foster a better understanding of the advantages that robotics and AI bring to various industries, he says.
“Our aim is to make AI and robotics more accessible and relatable,” Inbar said in a statement. “Through this endeavor, we can empower individuals and businesses to confidently embrace these innovations and fully grasp their tremendous potential.”
Turnkey robotics solutions
Bear Robotics CEO Juan Higueros looks forward to opening dialogues about the “unfolding realities at the crossroads of AI and robotics.” Higueros sees the opportunity for peers, innovators, and researchers to contribute to forward-thinking conversations and share knowledge.
In a statement, Higueros also emphasized the event’s significance, saying, the event is “sure to deliver professionals from all sectors with actionable insights and best practices for integrating robotics solutions into their business.”
RobotLAB said that as labor becomes increasingly expensive and scarce, businesses can harness the power of robotics to improve bottom lines and employee retention by reallocating routine tasks to automated technologies.
With the aim of improving the availability of robotics access nationwide, RobotLAB recently launched a first-of-its-kind robotics integration franchise program in 40 U.S. states, with other states expected to finalize before the end of 2023, the company said.
