“We’re equalizing the playing field with tech that allows anyone to find and choose the job they want.”

Plano-based StaffDNA—whose staffing platform helps healthcare workers manage their careers by finding temporary and full-time positions—has announced the launch of new integrated platform technology. The company says its new tech “transforms the staffing ecosystem for candidates, agencies, and clients” in the healthcare industry. And beyond it, as well, for “global use cases across all employment verticals.”
The new tech focuses on elevating “lifestyle control” for all job seekers while delivering a self-sufficient, streamlined search process. App users will experience “complete transparency in pay packages, diverging from established industry practice,” while clients will benefit from “a timely supply of quality candidates and the app’s cost efficiency,” StaffDNA says.
“We’ve successfully engineered a world-changing technology solution with application across industries worldwide,” Arora said in a statement, adding that job seekers “can even choose the benefits they want for themselves and their family and instantly see how it affects their pay. Employers are now finding the right candidate and much faster.”
To safeguard the tech, the company finished filing 26 patents in May. Its utility patents prohibit other individuals and entities from making, selling, or using the tech without permission, and its design patents grant StaffDNA the authority to prevent others from making, selling, or using technology bearing resemblance to its own, the company said.
Founded in 2020, StaffDNA aims to redefine the digital staffing model with next-generation technology. Its app provides nationwide coverage to more than 6,000 hospitals, long term care, and skilled nursing facilities, the company said. StaffDNA has received World Changing Technology recognition from Fast Company and Best Place to Work designation by Modern Healthcare, among other awards.
