Aaron Lobliner has been named as the first chief client officer and a member of the executive team at Richardon-based Cataboom, a leader in gamification and incentivized engagements.
He will oversee account leadership, business development, and marketing, the company said.
“We could not be more excited to welcome Aaron to the CataBoom team,” CEO Doug Kramp said in a statement. “He brings a tremendous amount of expertise in consumer promotions, loyalty, and incentivized engagements. His experience further strengthens the company’s focus on expanding our client base, building the brand, and developing amazing relationships. All of which ultimately ensures client satisfaction and loyal brand advocates for CataBoom.”
Lobliner was formerly senior vice president of global business development and chief strategist at PrizeLogic, and was instrumental in helping grow the company from a startup to an industry leader, CataBoom said.
He has worked closely on many well-known consumer promotions with many of the world’s biggest brands: Molson Coors, T-Mobile, Amazon, PepsiCo, Taco Bell, General Mills, and Starbucks, among others.
“I’m thrilled to join an organization that’s shaking up the industry,” Lobliner said in a statement. “CataBoom’s innovative gamification and rewards platform is a unique offering that fills a gap in the market, designed to give our customers the option of self-service or full feature. It’s an exciting time as we look to further enhance our product offering and expand our customer base.”
Founded in 2014, CataBoom has delivered more than 300 million transactions to some of the most respected brands in the world. Its SaaS-based gamification and rewards platform was designed with the flexibility to be self-service and full-featured, empowering their users to create and launch digital campaigns faster and at a lower cost than traditional methods.
