WorkSuites, a coworking company with locations across North Texas and the greater Houston area, has announced a new location off the Central Expressway just north of downtown Dallas, tapping into the trending Fitzhugh/Henderson Ave. market.
The new spot is WorkSuites’ ninth and largest Dallas location, and is also the 19th biggest in North Texas and fifth new location opened in the last year.
“It is no secret that Uptown has been hot forever, and Central Expressway from about Mockingbird Lane to Walnut Hill has been hot for a very long time as well,” said WorkSuites Founder and CEO Flip Howard, in a statement. “We have multiple locations in both submarkets that have been top performers for us for well over a decade, but we are really excited about what is happening along the Central Expressway corridor between downtown and SMU.”
The new WorkSuites location is planned to occupy two full floors, with more than 140 offices and around 30,000 square feet. The Class-A office tower at 4131 North Central Expressway overlooks SMU and the Central Expressway. Amenities include: executive suites, a board room, multiple conference rooms and team rooms, a variety of coworking spaces, a full-service coffee lounge, café, and fitness center, an up-to-date IT infrastructure, and “spectacular downtown views.”
The new opening follows WorkSuites’ last two area locations both requiring expansions within the first six months of operation due to high demand. WorkSuites said it took the sustained coworking demand in the area as well as in the submarket when crafting the lease.
“This turned out to be our best build out so far, and I can’t get enough of the incredible views from the 9th floor,” WorkSuites Senior Director of Brand & Products Tosha Bontrager said. “This location offers more open coworking space than our other locations, but still specializes in private and professional all-inclusive offices.”
