Three Tech Companies Merge to Deliver a ‘Digital Nirvana’ to Large Enterprises

CollabNet VersionOne, XebiaLabs, and Arxan Technologies are transforming into Plano-based Digital.ai. The new software company says it's the first to "provide end-to-end intelligent value stream management, software delivery, and application security in a unified platform."

A group of leading technology innovators are on a mission to revolutionize the way enterprises do business—and they’re doing so with the launch of a brand new company based right here in North Texas.

CollabNet VersionOne, XebiaLabs, and Arxan Technologies today released an announcement that they are combining and transforming into Digital.ai. Backed by Fort Worth-founded TPG Capital, Digital.ai is comprised of leaders in business agility, software delivery, and application security.

“Digital.ai enables the flow of data across the software planning, development and delivery lifecycle, improves security, and provides enterprises with a level of intuitive security and visibility they’ve never had before,” TPG Capital Nehal Raj and Art Heidrich said in a statement. Leaders are saying it’s the first-ever software company to provide end-to-end intelligent value stream management, software delivery, and application security in one platform.

The new Plano-based company aims to help global 5000 companies better create, measure, deliver, secure, and improve their digital products. It’s all about digital transformation and experiences that customers can trust, what the company is calling “digital nirvana.” According to a release, Digital.ai will help deliver value, fuel revenue growth, increase profitability, and enable innovation, while securing critical business assets.

The new company has an intelligent value stream platform with myriad uses for enterprises. It integrates all tools and processes across various value streams, uses data and artificial intelligence/machine learning to create connectivity, and provides real-time, contextual insights.

Digital.ai explained its methods like this:

By streamlining processes across teams and providing continuous feedback loops throughout the development lifecycle, organizations can focus on what matters most to drive efficiencies, reduce the total cost of development and ownership of a product or service, and create meaningful value for customers.

It’s critical for organizations to leverage the value of business agility and make decisions rooted in customer centricity, CEO Ashok Reddy said. At the same time, they must reduce cost and eliminating waste. This will result in higher quality, more secure products.

“In these challenging times, your digital presence is your business,” he said. “Digital.ai enables enterprises to focus on business outcomes instead of outputs, by unifying value creation, delivery, and protection practices to improve the overall delivery of business value and create secure digital experiences customers can trust.”

The newest addition to the company is San Francisco-based Arxan Technologies, which provides application protection and real-time threat analytics. Digital.ai said with Arxan, it’s one step closer to building a leading, integrated value stream platform.

Digital.ai said it already has an established customer base, including ABN AMRO Bank, KeyBank, KLM/Air France, Siemens, and Toyota. The new website also launched today here.
