The IF/THEN initiative from Lyda Hill Philanthropies has had a major impact on spectators who’ve viewed its installation of 3D-printed statues of women “STEM rockstars.” Now a new push is underway to make an impact online through IF/THEN’s website, which has been newly redesigned by Dallas-based Tegan Digital

“Representation in STEM is more important than ever,” Margaret Black, managing director at Lyda Hill’s LH Capital, said in a statement. “The new website will be a powerful tool to engage and inspire young minds, educators, and industry leaders alike. By amplifying the stories of real women in STEM, we’re breaking barriers and shaping a future where every girl believes she can make a difference in the world of science, technology, engineering, and math.”

IF/THEN seeks to further advance women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) by empowering current innovators and inspiring the next generation of pioneers.

To engage the next generation of innovators, the redesigned website “enhances storytelling, streamlines user experience, and provides a dynamic hub for role models, educators, and aspiring scientists,” Tegan Digital said.

The site does that by making STEM role models more accessible, supporting the initiative’s mission to empower girls to see themselves in STEM careers.

“At Tegan, we believe in the power of storytelling to drive change,” said John Herrington, partner at Tegan. “IF/THEN has already made an incredible impact by showcasing STEM role models, and we’re honored to help them take that mission even further. This new platform is designed to not only inform but to inspire, ensuring that young women everywhere can see a future for themselves in STEM.”
