Southfork Ranch Is Acquired by Centurion American Development Group, Which Plans New Homes on the Site

Centurion plans to build "larger residential lots" on the ranch where J.R., Sue Ellen, and Bobby of the hit TV series "Dallas" once roamed. But it will preserve the show's landmark mansion, the company said. “Southfork Ranch is one of the most important and beloved parcels of land in the metroplex with more than 400,000 visitors each year, and we’re proud to lead the team bringing it into its next evolution," said Centurion CEO Mehrdad Moayedi.
