To be located directly across from the University of North Texas at Dallas, Rivulet is slated to feature roughly 300 single-family homes, 240 apartment homes, and a 20-acre retail district envisioned to include a neighborhood grocery store, retail shops, office, restaurants, and a public library/innovation center.

Firefly Park is slated to feature 3 million SF of Class A office space, 400,000 SF of upscale retail, dining, and entertainment, 1,200 hotel rooms, 230 townhomes, 1,970 mid-rise and high-rise residential units, and numerous world-class amenities, said Benbrook-based Wilks Development—which has tapped Transwestern Real Estate Services and Kobalt Investment Co. to oversee leasing.

The high-rise Knox Street project sits on a four-acre site adjacent to the Katy Trail and Highland Park. Once completed, it will feature a luxury hotel and condominiums, a 27-story multifamily building, nine floors of offices above two stories of retail and restaurants, and a half-acre park connected to the Katy Trail.

Rockhill Capital & Investments announced it has begun construction on The Ranch at Uptown Celina, a community that will feature more than 450 homes by Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers just north of downtown Celina.
“People are drawn to Celina for its sense of community—and the historic downtown square is a huge part of that,” said Ryan Griffin, principal at Rockhill Capital & Investments. “Uptown Celina will be an extension of downtown, offering ‘backyard’ access via its trails."
