Stream Promotes 2 Execs to Vice Chairman & Partner, Vice Chairman & Managing Director

Ryan Boozer has been promoted to vice chairman and partner, and Dan Harris has been named vice chairman and managing director of Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners.

Dallas-based national commercial real estate firm Stream Realty Partners has promoted two key leaders in its Dallas office.

The firm said that Ryan Boozer has been promoted to vice chairman and partner, and Dan Harris has been named vice chairman and managing director.

“Ryan and Dan have each played a significant role in growing and shaping Stream’s presence in Dallas-Fort Worth and across the region,” Blake Kendrick, COO and Dallas market leader at Stream, said in a statement. “Their leadership, people-first mentality, relentless pursuit of excellence, and ability to deliver outstanding results for clients make these promotions incredibly well deserved. I’m proud to work alongside both as they continue to drive our business forward.”

Focus on industrial

Boozer joined Stream in 2014 and co-leads its Industrial division in Dallas-Fort Worth and is responsible for all aspects of industrial tenant representation. During his decade at Stream, Boozer has completed more than 825 transactions totaling more than 36 million square feet and $1.29 billion in transaction volume.

The firm said his expertise spans acquisitions, dispositions, project leasing, national portfolio management, investment sales, and development services.

“I’m honored by this recognition and grateful to be part of a company that values both performance and people,” Boozer said in a statement. “This team and this platform have pushed me to grow in every chapter of my career, and I’m excited for what’s ahead as we continue to build on the momentum in Dallas and beyond.”

Office expertise

Harris came to Stream in 2019 and co-leads the Office Tenant Representation division in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Stream said that in 2024 alone, he led three of the largest office transactions in the Dallas market, including the acquisition of Preston Commons by a Fortune 50 company and Matador Resources’ 165,000-square-foot lease at Lincoln Centre.

He also led the team that represented Polsinelli in establishing its new 42,000-square-foot presence at Old Parkland.

“I could not imagine a better place to be,” Harris said. “Stream has given me the opportunity to serve clients at the highest level while investing in the growth of our team and culture. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built and energized for what’s to come.”

Stream said that Harris’ leadership has been pivotal in driving record-breaking growth, expanding the team’s talent, and cementing Stream’s presence as a top-performing firm in the region.

Since 1996, Stream has grown to more than 1,550 professionals and now completes annual transactions valued at more than $8.9 billion in office, industrial, retail, healthcare, land, and data center properties.
