The multi-billion investment firm’s two-property industrial deal in Philadelphia builds on its commitment to grow in the “critical sector.” Closer to home, NexPoint recently unveiled plans for a massive life sciences district in Plano. The proposed 200-acre TxS development would be a "major economic catalyst" for North Texas, the firm’s founder said in February.

London-based real estate firm Savills announced that Jihane Boury and Clay Vaughn have joined the firm as vice chairmen in the Dallas office.
The firm said that Boury and Vaughn are long recognized as accomplished professionals and bring over 25 years of combined commercial real estate experience.

Daniel P. Donlan has been appointed as chief financial officer and treasurer of real estate investment trust NETSTREIT Corp., effective April 10.
Donlan will be based at the company’s headquarters in Dallas.
