The interactive exhibit will be on public display at the Fan Festival at Dallas’ Fair Park this summer. Coinciding with the full World Cup tournament, fans can enjoy free live match screenings, food, music, and entertainment. Entry to the Fan Festival and the exhibit is free.

Today is the International Day of Women and Girls in Science—an ideal day for a Dallas nonprofit to align with a Hollywood movie star to celebrate women in STEM in film and television. According to the Dallas Morning News, Dallas-based Lyda Hill Philanthropies is partnering with Reese Witherspoon’s media company Hello Sunshine to produce and distribute movies and TV shows that champion women's achievements in STEM (science, technology, engineering & mathematics).

To secure one of its three national centers, three Texas cities have formed a consortium that's set to propel the Lone Star State to the forefront of effort. If their pursuit is successful, the hub would land in Dallas—and have spokes across the Lone Star State.

Dallas’ IF/THEN Initiative Puts National Spotlight on Women in STEM With TODAY Debut of PSA Campaign

On NBC’s TODAY on Friday, the IF/THEN Initiative unveiled a new ad campaign in collaboration with the social impact nonprofit Ad Council that’s set to air on Super Bowl Sunday.
The Dallas-based nonprofit is also taking its 3D-printed statues to the Smithsonian Museum.
