Around 25 miles north of Dallas, the town of Prosper cares about its history. A key feature of Prosper's historic Old Town district is the sight of several tall, wide-bellied grain storage silos from an earlier era. Jerry Jones- and John Goff-Backed GameSquare Esports Merges With Streaming Platform

Toronto-based GameSquare announced a merger agreement last week with Engine Gaming & Media, a data-driven gaming, media, and influencer marketing platform company. The all-stock deal could give the combined company "an audience and reach as large as any gaming and esports company currently in the market," management said.
Jerry Jones and John Goff will continue to be the largest investors of the combined entity, with the Jones family and Goff Capital holding "significant" board representation.

Jordan Fisher has done everything from winning ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" to acting in "Hamilton" on Broadway to being a music artist to starring in movies like Netflix's "Work It."
Now he's going big with gaming. Fisher recently became part owner and content creator at Complexity Gaming, the esports organization headquartered at The Star in Frisco. As a part owner, he has good company: the Dallas Cowboys' Jerry Jones and investor John Goff are part owners, too.
