Dallas’ HALL Arts Hotel Joins Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection

With the move, the hotel in the downtown Dallas Arts District joins a global portfolio of over 340 independent hotels, each known for their distinctive design and immersive stays, while building on its reputation for art-forward, wine-driven hospitality, HALL Group said.

The luxury residential tower in the Dallas Arts District of downtown Dallas—designed to be the healthiest high-rise in the state—sets a high bar. It was the first to register for the multifamily certification in Texas five years ago.
In October, the building also received LEED Gold Certification, issued by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Already under construction, The HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, is part of the first phase of HALL Park’s $7 billion new masterplan that's transforming the development from a singular office focus into a dynamic, live-work-play community. Across from the hotel, a 19-story luxury apartment tower, The Monarch, is slated to open in Q4.

Toshiba’s Retail Division Plans New Innovation and Incubation Hub in Frisco’s Hall Park

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions says its new Frisco hub will help it increase investments in areas like cloud development, computer vision, and retail IoT. The hub will also enable it to “incubate new retail innovation" from its new 14,000-square-foot space.
Toshiba is bringing 50 new jobs to the region in 2022 with plans to expand the team to 150 within two years. They'll be joining a 10,000 worker pool at Hall Park, which launched a $7B redevelopment last October.

The redevelopment will include a new 16-story office tower, a 19-story apartment building, a 154-room boutique hotel, and a food hall—all with views of a new community park. Phase 1 has already begun: an initial $500M mixed-used project located across Warren Parkway from The Dallas Cowboys' Star development.
