TNT Sports and Cosm To Deliver Live Sports at ‘Shared Reality’ Grandscape Venue

It may not be a courtside seat. But with live NBA, NHL, and U.S. soccer teams' matchups playing on Cosm's immersive, 87-foot diameter LED domes, it may be the next-best thing. Tip-off of the TNT Sports broadcasts is slated to begin in 2024.

With the first-ever Major League Cricket match looming Thursday in Grand Prairie, the sport of cricket is catching on in DFW. Sixes Social Cricket, a London-based immersive entertainment concept, opened at Grandscape on June 17 to help North Texans get in the swing of things.

Founded in 2020 by Dallas-based Mirasol Capital, led by billionaire RealPage Founder and CEO Steven Winn, Cosm will offer "shared reality" experiences from live sports to concerts to experiential art and more. Guests will be plunged into each experience through Cosm's proprietary tech on an immersive 87-foot diameter LED dome.

In November, we told you about something amazing coming to North Texas: Cosm is bringing one of its first two immersive entertainment venues to Grandscape in The Colony, with state-of-the-art "shared reality" that seamlessly bridges the gap between the virtual and the real.
Today Cosm announced a partnership with the NBA that could one day drive lots of Dallas Mavericks fans (and OK, fans of other NBA teams too) to its Grandscape venue. The multi-year partnership will feature a new live game viewing experience unlike anything you've ever seen on your TV or a sports bar near you.

Cosm Will Build an Immersive, Experiential Entertainment Venue at Grandscape in The Colony

Cosm at Grandscape will be the company's second public entertainment venue in the U.S., bringing entertainment to life through state-of-the-art technology that seamlessly bridges the gap between virtual and physical realities.
Guests will be immersed in "shared reality" experiences from live sports to events, art, music, and more. RealPage founder and Mirasol Capital CEO Steve Winn is chairman of the entertainment tech startup.
