McWane, Inc. has received a newly granted patent for "Remote Monitoring of Water Distribution System," invented by Carrollton-based Brian Morrow and Colleyville-based Charles Kitowski. Bank of America announced that it has invested nearly $900,000 to support nonprofits in North Texas that focus on community needs such as affordable housing, community revitalization, small business, and the arts.
The funds should help nonprofits already beleaguered by the COVID-19 pandemic to overcome the effects of inflation.
