Industry leader Thomas W. Taylor, PE, has joined DeSimone Consulting Engineering as principal and director, helping to lead its structural engineering practice in Dallas.

DeSimone is a leading engineering and construction services consulting firm based in New York City. Taylor brings decades of structural engineering experience to DeSimone.
