Nikki Diller has been named vice president of collections, interpretation, and programs at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History.
The museum said that Diller will oversee the curation and preservation of its extensive collections, ensuring their accessibility and relevance to diverse audiences. She’ll also lead the development of engaging programming tailored to connect visitors of all ages with the science and history of Texas and the Southwest.
Her appointment followed a comprehensive search, the museum said, and opens a new chapter for the museum as it embarks on enhancing its offerings and fostering innovative community engagement.
In a statement, museum President Regina Faden, Ph.D., said Diller “brings with her significant experience in leadership, creativity in developing programs, collections care, and conservation. I’m excited to see where Nikki’s vision for enhancing the visitor’s experience takes us in the future.”
Diller has a rich background in museums and a demonstrated passion for nurturing curiosity and lifelong learning, the museum said. She can draw from her extensive experience in exhibit curation, educational programming, and visitor interpretation, and is well-positioned to steer the museum toward new heights, the museum said.

A North Texas native, Diller earned an MA degree in art history from Tulane University in Louisiana, and her bachelor’s degree in U.S. history from Texas A&M University.
