Frisco-based digital marketing agency Fast Hippo Media acquired Plano Website Design, a Plano-based agency focused on web design, SEO, answer engine optimization, and digital marketing.
The companies did not disclose the terms of the deal. Plano Website Design will continue to operate under its own brand name, and its office on Legacy Drive joins Fast Hippo Media’s locations in Frisco, Dallas, and Colorado Springs. There are no staff reductions following the acquisition.
Plano Website Design’s expertise pairs well with Fast Hippo Media’s strength in AI search and omnichannel content, FHM Co-founder Oscar Fullmer said in the announcement. Both companies focus on small and medium-sized businesses.
“Plano Website Design has built exactly what we look for in a partner,” Fullmer said. “A talented team, loyal clients, and a forward-looking approach to AI search.”
Together, the companies offer clients a broader range of services and a deeper bench of AI search talent. That’s key in today’s fast-moving market, Fullmer said.
“Search is changing faster than at any point in my 25 years in this industry,” he said. “Buyers are asking ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude before they ever touch Google.”
In 2025, Fast Hippo Media introduced a framework to help clients make sure humans, search engines, and AI systems are all able to find their content. The company has credited the framework, “Content Everywhere,” with generating significant revenue growth. It plans to bring the Content Everywhere methodology to Plano Website Design’s clients.
“This is a win for everyone involved, most of all, our clients,” Fullmer said. “The Plano Website Design team shares our obsession with measurable results and honest, old-school client service.”
