The coiled spring rotates the stem and the plurality of fan blades. The user applies pressure to the convex outer surface to create a near flat surface. The flexible elastic hemispherical shell stores energy when deformed to the near flat surface. The flexible elastic hemispherical shell returns to its original convex outer surface from the near flat surface when dropped onto a fixed surface. The drop results in pop up of the flexible elastic hemi-spherical shell thereby releasing the stored energy. Further during pop up, the fan blades start rotating along with the stem to provide thrust against gravitational pull on the flexible elastic hemi-spherical shell. Furthermore, the stem may be detachably attached to the housing unit and thus detaches from the housing unit during pop-up after drop by the user.

Real-time determination of formation fluid properties using density analysis
Patent No. 10400595

Inventor(s): Jess V. Ford (Weatherford, TX)
Assignee(s): Weatherford Technology Holdings, LLC (Houston, TX)
Law Firm: Blank Rome LLP (4 non-local offices)
Application No., Date, Speed: 13827931 on 03/14/2013 (2364 days app to issue)

Abstract: Analysis evaluates formation fluid with a downhole tool disposed in a borehole. A plurality of possible constituents is defined for the formation fluid, and constraints are defined for the possible constituents. The constraints can include boundary constraints and constraints on the system”s dynamics. The formation fluid is obtained from the borehole with the downhole tool over a plurality of time intervals, and density of the obtained formation fluid is obtained at the time intervals. To evaluate the fluid composition, a state probability distribution of the possible constituents of the obtained formation fluid at the current time interval is computed recursively from that at the previous time interval and by assimilating the current measured density of the obtained formation fluid in addition to the defined boundary/dynamic constraints. The probabilistic characterization of the state of the possible constituents allows, in turn, the probabilistic inference of formation properties such as contamination level and GOR.

Assignee(s): TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INCORPORATED (Dallas, TX)
Law Firm: No Counsel
Application No., Date, Speed: 14920298 on 10/22/2015 (1412 days app to issue)

Abstract: One embodiment of this invention provides two conditional execution auxiliary instructions directed to disparate subsets of the plural functional units. Depending on the conditional execution desired, only one of the two conditional execution auxiliary instructions may be required for a particular execute packet. Another embodiment of this invention employs only one of two possible register files for the condition registers. In a VLIW processor it may be advantageous to split the functional units into separate sets with corresponding register files. This limits the number of functional units that may simultaneously access the register files. In the preferred embodiment of this invention the functional units are divided into a scalar set which access scalar registers and a vector set which access vector registers. The data registers storing the conditions for both scalar and vector instructions are in the scalar data register file.

At radio network element(s), radio timer information corresponding to data transmission of part of the data stream from a base station to a UE is determined and sent (e.g., possibly with the energy consumption information and/or QoE information) to other radio network elements and/or to the content server. The content server can adjust streaming strategy of the data stream based on the information received, and the radio network element(s) can perform power aware scheduling and/or radio timer adjustments based on received EC information and/or the QoE information.
