Abstract: A system comprises a calibration current generator, which provides a calibration current to a first and a second Hall channel, and a bias current generator, which determines a difference between a calibration signal from the Hall channels and a threshold and adjusts a biasing current for the Hall channels based on the difference. In some embodiments, the bias current generator comprises a subtractor coupled to an ADC and a controller coupled between the ADC and a DAC. The subtractor obtains a first and a second signal from the first and second Hall channels, respectively, and subtracts the first from the second to obtain the calibration signal. The controller determines the difference between a sampled signal from the ADC and the threshold and an adjustment to the biasing current based on the difference. The DAC adjusts the biasing current based on a control signal from the controller indicating the adjustment.

Method and system for calculating probability of success or failure for a lithographic process due to stochastic variations of the lithographic process
Patent No. 11061373

Inventor(s): Azat Latypov (San Jose, CA), Germain Louis Fenger (Gladstone, OR), Gurdaman Khaira (Beaverton, OR), John L. Sturtevant (Portland, OR), Yuri Granik (Palo Alto, CA)
Assignee(s): Siemens Industry Software Inc. (Plano, TX)
Law Firm: No Counsel
Application No., Date, Speed: 16545601 on 08/20/2019 (693 days app to issue)

Abstract: A method and system for calculating probability of success or failure for a lithographic process due to stochastic variations of the lithographic process are disclosed. Lithography is a process that uses light to transfer a geometric pattern from a photomask, based on a layout design, to a resist on a substrate. The lithographic process is subject to random stochastic phenomena, such as photon shot noise and stochastic phenomena in the resist process and resist development, with the resulting stochastic randomness potentially becoming a major challenge. The stochastic phenomena are modeled using a stochastic model, such as a random field model, that models stochastic randomness the exposure and resist process. The stochastic model inputs light exposure and resist parameters and definitions of success of success or failure as to the lithographic process, and outputs a probability distribution function of deprotection concentration indicative of success or failure probability of the lithographic process. In turn, the probability distribution function may be used to modify one or both of the light exposure and resist parameters in order to reduce the effect of stochastic randomness on the lithographic process.

This allows for support of application providers through a single point of registration that supports multi-layer and channel. This also allows for support of a scalable authorization solution for any suitable number of clients. The dynamic client registration process adds an additional layer of security through the OAuth client grant and mutual authentication.

Using the testing methods and apparatuses herein one may design and test more efficient components and systems. More specifically, the one or more heating elements are both passive and intelligent. They may be used to mimic the power load of a server which is used in the load testing of two phase liquid immersion cooling so actual servers are not required to test various aspects of the two phase liquid immersion cooling units.
